How should I body brush
You don’t need to put much pressure on, but the faster you do it the better. Start at the base of the leg and stroke upward. This will help bring blood back to the heart.
When it comes to the stomach, you should continue the fast strokes but change the direction to downward strokes to improve digestion.
Brush upwards on the arms, chest and back.
When should you body brush
I would recommend doing it once a day, either in the morning or evening, whenever you have more time. I like to do it just before I shower to wash away all the dead skin cells.
